It is through a combination of awareness, responsibility and empowerment for our own choices that we will begin to see possibilities and solutions to bring about a positive shift in our individual lives and the lives of those we love. When we can see and understand why and how we do what we do, we are then able to make shifts and choices that will support the change we seek.
With a spirit of unity and collective understanding for where we stand with power and possibility for change today, I created a vehicle to support individual awareness and collective change. Turning insight and spirituality into practical knowledge, I developed the CORE Identity Life Model™; a structure to help you see, feel and uncover the make up of your inner world and outer existence. This translates to you being able to consciously perceive and alter the present and external conditions you are unbeknowingly, subjected to without consent. This means with awareness of what this represents, you will now have the power to effect positive and immediate change.
As a tool, the CORE Identity Life Model™ supports a foundation for understanding how diverse forces, even from before birth, have and are impacting your identity, beliefs, values, and quality of life. Best of all, it clearly demonstrates how you hold the power to make a change as soon as you become present to the circumstances surrounding and impacting you.

Serving as the catalyst for decisive and powerful action in your relationship to yourself and everything and everyone around you, the CORE Identity Life Model™ offers a behavioral management tool to help you consider the areas that are consciously and subconsciously responsible for impacting whom you have become; the identity you equate with yourself. These being the beliefs and values you identify with, the external circumstances you think are outside of your being, your relationships with everything around you, your vision for the future you may not yet see, and your possibilities for deliberately making this life significant with you as the creative force behind it.

Through labels, limitations, imposed impediments, obstructions, that have at the basis, a conditioned view of humanity and personal strength, you have been robbed of the freedom 2Be a the powerful force you were created to being. Do not accept being a victim of your life.
If your mission is to get education for yourself, or to help organize a community framework for helping bring service to others*, you must begin with your own awareness for the life you lead and the choices you make. Without focus to the driving forces underlying your belief system and the effects of influences you are surrounded with every day, permanent change is not possible because you will forever be at the mercy of catalystic forces overpowering you.
Youth are in dire need of our insight, clarity, spirit of love and spiritual power to figure themselves out. Skills and tools are learnable and can be duplicated by modeling and not recreating the wheel. Spirit of force for good is what youth need to see and feel. They are already being programmed everyday by the sources outside of themselves. We must be willing to take the necessary steps toward change and empowerment first in order to compete with the external sources who thrive on the fresh spirits and minds of youth. It is time to start living and creating the changes to make your life and theirs, better.
Today youth are begging for direction and guidance from us. Youth are the victims of the choices we as women, mothers and fathers make. Youth learn what we teach them, whether directly or indirectly. If our resources are lacking and undermine our own abilities, we undoubtedly affect their abilities, essence, talents, and God given innate gifts. If we fail them, chances are those around them will unvariably add to the disempowered feelings we already instilled by our own doing and outlook.
